23-04-1982 В "Concert Factory", Коста Меса, штат Калифорния, США состоялся концерт METALLICA с пятым музыкантом по имени Брэд Паркер (Brad Parker) в качестве ритм-гитариста, который почему-то выступал под псевдонимом Дэмиан Филипс (Damian Philips). Это был его первый и последний концерт (позднее он играл в группе Odin). Также выступили команды Leather Wolf, Riptide и August Redmoon. В конце апреля группа начинает работать над своим дебютным альбомом под рабочим названием "Metallus Maximus"

23-04-2001 После не продолжительного отдыха, Ларс, Кирк и Джеймс возвращаются в студию.
